We are looking for a store manager who has a solid track record in retail sales and store management. A leader who will be ready to step up into an area manager role within 6-12 months. You will be one of our main brand ambassadors and play a key role in our expansion plans helping us recruit, hire and train staff for our new locations.
As a store manager you are first and foremost the best sales associate we have! You are proud to offer company products and services to customers while role modelling best sales and customer service practices, and leading a team of sales associates.
You operate a store with an owner and entrepreneur mentality, performing opening/closing procedures, leading the daily operations, resolving issues and leading a team of sales associates.
Recruiting, interviewing and hiring, inventory management, process improvement and training, merchandising, leadership and management skills. Conducting on-going training and staff meetings; reviewing store performance with staff and overall company management.
Work with company management on launching new products, evaluating new locations, store design and on-going process improvement
Experienced store manager ready to step up to a district manager role within 6-12 months
Passionate about sales
Patient and friendly with a very outgoing personality; thriving in a team environment
Able to communicate effectively with company management
Possess a “customer 1st ” mentality; desire and ability to deliver exceptional customer experience
Feel confident to open, close and independently operate store acting as a store owner and entrepreneur
Exercise leadership and role-model in challenging situations; solve new and unfamiliar problems
Act as a brand ambassador for store staff across GTA district.
Ability to work flexible hours between 9am and 9pm
Ability to work weekends
Ability to work from different retail locations within GTA
